Q: Can you review an existing design?

Yes. Before work begins, we review the design, check that the equipment suits actual site conditions, assess installation access and identify potential clashes with other systems. Where necessary, we prepare a list of amendments.

Q: Do you only work from an existing design?

No. We can join at any stage: from developing the technical brief and design to equipment procurement, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

Q: Do you refurbish existing systems?

Yes. We analyse the operation of existing HVAC systems, identify the causes of unstable temperatures, excessive energy consumption, noise or insufficient air exchange, and propose a phased upgrade.

Q: Who coordinates work with other contractors?

We coordinate engineering solutions with architects, builders, electricians, controls specialists and other project participants. Before installation begins, we define openings, shafts, connections, drainage, power supplies and maintenance access zones.

Q: What does system handover include?

We inspect the installation, carry out adjustments and commissioning, test operating modes, record actual operating parameters, and provide the client with the necessary documentation and operating recommendations.

Q: Can you maintain the system after installation?

Yes. We develop a maintenance schedule based on the facility type, installed equipment and operational continuity requirements. We provide planned maintenance, diagnostics, emergency call-outs and operating mode adjustments.

Technical preparation

We review the design, technical brief and specifications. We check design principles, capacities, routing, controls, maintenance access and interfaces with other disciplines.

Proposal and contract scope

We define the equipment, materials and works required. We document exclusions, related works, timescales, pricing assumptions and the procedure for approving changes.

Procurement and supply

We supply equipment and materials, agree technical substitutions and check component compatibility and completeness of supply for the project.

Installation and coordination

We install the agreed HVAC systems and coordinate works with the main contractor, designers, architects, electricians, builders and controls specialists.

Commissioning

We start up the equipment, check operating modes, configure controls, balance the systems and rectify any deviations identified.

Handover and servicing

We hand over as-built documentation, key parameters and operating information. We provide warranty support and can continue with planned servicing.
