What will change for your building
We identify operation outside scheduled hours, excessive setpoints and conflicting heating and cooling. We prepare changes that reduce unnecessary loads.
We compare temperatures, weather and zone occupancy. We adjust operating modes to the building’s actual needs rather than using one schedule for every room.
We identify deviations and recurring interventions. The operations team receives prioritised actions, while the owner can see what has changed and which results have been verified.
We assess the impact using measured energy consumption, temperature conditions and equipment operating hours.
How to get started
We assess equipment, BMS access and measurement quality to determine whether a pilot is practical and worthwhile.
We select a system or zone, record baseline operation, define success criteria and agree on changes.
We verify the impact before extending the solution. Controls operate within agreed limits under an engineer’s supervision.
An assessment of available data, a list of potential changes and a pilot proposal detailing the scope of work and cost.

HVAC AI
Describe your building, installed equipment and the problem. An engineer will assess connection options and propose the scope of the first stage.
Based in Ukraine. We deliver physical HVAC projects across Ukraine, while remote HVAC Intelligence services are available for buildings across Europe.
Before you start
Compatibility, safety,
cost and results verification.
Not necessarily. We first check the available BMS, controller and meter interfaces, data quality and access permissions. Based on the findings, we determine whether we can work with the existing system and what needs to be added.
Simply describe the building type, installed equipment, control method and problem. If you have historical temperature, setpoint, schedule and energy consumption data, let us know. You do not need to share BMS access through the chat.
Yes. We start with data analysis and recommendations. Changes to setpoints, schedules or control algorithms are implemented only after approval by those responsible for operation.
We compare agreed indicators before and after changes: energy consumption, temperature conditions, operating hours and the number of deviations. We account for weather, occupancy and the building’s operating schedule. We do not guarantee a percentage saving before analysing the baseline conditions.
Existing equipment safety protections remain in place. Before enabling automatic control, we agree on operating limits, permissions for changing parameters and a procedure for reverting to normal operation. AI does not replace the responsible engineer.
We first check measurement reliability and the completeness of historical data. Where necessary, we recommend sensor checks, data collection configuration or additional metering. We do not use unreliable data as a basis for automatic changes to operating modes.
Offices and business centres, hotels, retail, sports and other facilities with controllable HVAC systems. Floor area is not the only factor: energy costs, load variability and data availability also matter. We assess suitability for each building individually.
The cost depends on the number of systems, connection method, data quality and level of control. Once we have clarified the initial conditions, we provide a proposal detailing the scope of work, stages and cost. You can start with a single system or zone.
