About us
In 2025, Yaroslav Smolko launched a new area of work under the SM Systems brand: controlling building HVAC systems using data and artificial intelligence.
SM SYSTEMS LLC designs, implements and maintains ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems. HVAC Intelligence combines engineering controls with equipment performance analysis to identify inefficient operating modes, forecast loads and tailor controls to the building’s needs.
The experience of Company CIT (CIT LLC) in engineering, automation and maintenance since 2013 provided the foundation for developing this area of work. The CIT website and its projects showcase the company’s work. The team’s work is also featured in the SM Systems projects section.
