Workmanship warranty
We provide a 3-year warranty on work we carry out. We are responsible for the outcome of installation and configuration: the system’s compliance with the agreed design solutions and the parameters verified at handover. If a defect is caused by our work, we investigate the cause and rectify it under our warranty obligations.
Equipment warranty
The manufacturer determines the equipment warranty period and terms. We support the client by assisting with diagnostics and warranty claims for equipment we have supplied. The warranty service procedure and scope of liability are set out in the contract.
