The new identity highlights Carrier’s customer-first commitment and the centres’ growing role in helping customers improve energy efficiency, increase equipment uptime, strengthen temperature compliance and reduce maintenance costs.
Previously known as BluEdge Command Centers, the facilities have received numerous industry awards for innovation and service quality, including gold for Best IoT Services at the 2022 IoT Innovator Awards and the Business Intelligence Group’s Excellence in Customer Service Awards in 2023 and 2025.
“Carrier Customer Command Centers consistently demonstrate our customer-first approach,” said Ajay Agrawal, Carrier’s Senior Vice President of Global Services and Chief Business Development Officer. “The growing network, scale and capabilities of our command centres reflect how we are evolving to meet our customers’ needs with intelligence, speed and purpose.
” Carrier’s round-the-clock global network monitors more than 240,000 connected assets and supports over 32,000 buildings worldwide. Each month, the centres identify more than 10,000 service needs through predictive analytics — often before customers notice a problem — and handle over 12,000 calls from service technicians to speed up resolution.
Over the past year, the centres remotely resolved more than 60% of HVAC and lighting system issues, reducing downtime and avoiding costly service vehicle call-outs. * Carrier Customer Command Centers also play an important role in connected cold chain solutions, giving customers better shipment visibility and greater assurance of compliance.
